En este borrador se desvela, debido a las presiones marroquíes, se produce la retirada del párrafo 119 del informe en el que se hace referencia a que un grupo de expertos de la ONU expresan la necesidad de dotar a la MINURSO de competencias para establecer un mecanismo imparcial de vigilancia de los Derechos Humanos.
